Carter's first Easter

He woke up happy as usual! He started not feeling well around 4. He hasn't been able to keep any liquid down including a teaspoon of pedialite. He is resting now, we will wake up around midnight to check his diaper and to try and feed him again. If he doesn't eat or have a wet diaper we will be calling the nurses again.
On top of my baby being sick with the stomach bug, I too am feeling sick. I have a cold, and was in bed all day yesterday. We are hoping all this passes soon.

We have another tooth!!!

Carter had a rough day yesterday. He was very sensitive and didn't want to nap even though he was really tired. Last night I felt his gums and sure enough another tooth next to the other one.
We have having challenges with formula so we are waiting for a call from the doctor. Other than that we don't have anything else to report!
He is getting big, fast, and cuter by the day! We are so blessed!!

Growing up

He's getting quicker at crawling, you can't take your eyes off of him. He is making more noises and is very active. I tell him he gets wild! :)
He soaked me during bath night yesterday. He loves splashing!!! We have a really good routine down since the time change and he sticks to it.
We are beginning to plan for his first birthday party and his baptism. We couldn't be happier that those two days are not that far away.

Growing up

He ate a whole thing of sweet potatoes for dinner last night! He is doing so much better at eating solids. He tried peas tonight and didn't know what to think.

He is army crawling fast these days. You can't take your eyes off of him for too long or he'll be across the room.

He is getting more coordinated and can put a ball into a whole. He has a hippo toy that bounces the balls once you put them in, he caught on quickly.

He sat in a swing at the park for the first time on Friday. He didn't know what to think.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed a nice walk and some time at the park today.

Carter had his last RSV shot yesterday and weighed in at 17lbs 6oz and is 26 3/4ths inches long.

He tried carrots for the first time tonight and loved them!!

Getting Faster

He's getting better everyday with his army crawl. He loves finding new things to play with. He continues to get better at eating solids, his favorite right now is prunes. He still likes to stand up and bang on the couch. His little tooth is poking out a little more each day.

He is learning all the time, it is so great to watch!!!! He is such a joy.

This weekend we went to see Carter's best friend, Will. They are just about two months apart (Will is younger). They had a great time together!

Tonight Nick gave him a bath for the 1st time. (The tubs a little small for the two of them)!
