Tonight however he scared us. He had a long period (seemed very long, was actually 2-3 minutes) where he de-satted (desaturated his blood of oxygen). This happens when they aren't breathing properly, either too shallow or not at all. We had to jostle him a little and flip him over on his back while the nurse increased his oxygen. It was scary. His vitals tonight are relatively erratic and we are just hoping he calms down. It'll be a tough nights sleep.
