Last minute hiccup?

That remains to be seen. He had a brady tonight which as you know, if counted against him, would cost him another 5 days in the slammer. We are thinking that they won't hold it against him because it was minor, involved a very minor desat, and did not involve any color change to his skin (most big bradys will turn him stark white).

On the upside, he got through his circumcision. He didn't like it one bit. The level of pain we heard in his screams were heart wrenching. As he whimpered for about 30 minutes after, his little gut couldn't take it anymore and he vomited all of his Tylenol. All went well with the procedure and even though it looks painful now, it looks healthy.

Carter also passed his hearing exam with flying colors. He also passed the carseat test. This involves him being strapped in to his carseat for 90 minutes and not dropping his stats. He did excellently on both tests. He also gained 110 grams today making him 5lbs 14oz!

It was sad saying goodbye to two of our favorite nurses today but we're glad at the prospect of bringing him home tomorrow. It all hinges upon what the doctor says in the morning. Pray for The doctor to make the right call, regardless of what it is. We just want the best for Carter be it a longer stay in the hospital or a full discharge tomorrow. We will keep you posted.
