Father's Day

We had a good fathers day today at the hospital. At the hospital, there was a very nice brunch served until 12:30. Carter was put back under the hood with room air + 1% oxygen. This very mild amount of O2 served to give his tired lungs some rest but by the end of the day, he was ready to do it again all on his own.

Today was the first day that he threw up a lot on mommy. Ha! He had just gotten his multi vitamin and supposedly it doesn't agree with babies' stomachs that often. He got his multi today because today marks the end of his shots for his anemia so he can get back on the vitamins. Tomorrow he'll have some blood tests to make sure the shots have taken effect so keep him in your prayers.

Tonight he weighed 3lbs 15oz! 1 oz. away from a 4 pound baby! It was a good day today and we expect more of the same for tomorrow.
