Growing Boy!

Carter went the entirety of the day with no oxygen. This is a HUGE step and the first day that it's happened! His oxygen levels were very good today and seemed to be more stable than they have been in the past when he had supplemental oxygen.

In addition to this big step, he has gained almost 4oz overnight putting him at 3lbs 14oz! This is being helped by his increased feedings - he's up to 34ml every three hours now. The doctors have decreased his feeding time by 33% as well - down to an hour. Basically, they're letting him act like a big boy.

Tomorrow we are going to spend lots of time together since its our first fathers day. Every day we think that there's no possible way for us to love him more, but somehow we find a way. He amazes us on a minute by minute basis and we love him very much.
