He gained weight up to 3lbs. 11oz. Under the hood today he had ZERO bradys and very few desats.
We were filled with pride for our little fighter tonight as we changed his diaper, took his temperature, dressed him, and took him out to nuzzle with mommy because he didn't desat at all - AND HE HAD NO OXYGEN HELP! He was breathing the air that Sandy and I were breathing with no help whatsoever and maintaining good blood oxygen levels. During this time, he had his best session of breast feeding nuzzling with mommy. We couldn't be prouder.
Tomorrow, he's 33 gestational weeks old. He gets another eye exam and Sandy gets a full physical for the first time since her Caesarian section. Wish them both the best in your prayers tonight and tomorrow.
